Training
Before the launch of any project, Yuntaa provides a training session for all of
the customer’s first line support team. Topics that will be covered include:
- Complete functionality
- The backup & synchronisation tools for Window & Mac
- The admin dashboard
- Yuntaa Wiki
- Yuntaa support tool
End-user support
Because the solution is provided by you, to your customers, the most recommended
method is for you to provide first line support towards your end-users.
Subsequently, 2nd or 3rd line support will be provided by Yuntaa's support personnel
and team of developers.
Yuntaa provides a support tool that is completely ITIL compliant and a dedicated
support line, with Service Level Agreements towards all customers.
The admin dashboard
Every Yuntaa customer can track their end-customers’ activity and statistics on
the Yuntaa product via an Admin dashboard. View statistics such as number of users,
account types in use and amount of space used up. Your support team will also be
able to perform intervention tasks such as enabling/disabling accounts and creating/deleting
users via our advanced API.
