Yuntaa Features

Yuntaa Manager Desktop Application
Instead of uploading your files via the website, the Yuntaa Manager application offers you the following:

• Yuntaa Manager keeps the files on your PC synchronised with Yuntaa so you never have to worry about having your latest files backed up.
• Once your files are backed up, only the changes made in it will be synchronised. This means if you add one word to your document, only that word will be synchronised with Yuntaa, saving your bandwidth and time!
• TRUE Differential and Open/Locked backup makes it possible for you to back up your mailbox email per email, even if your email client remains open all day.
• Yuntaa synchronises / backs up your file even it is in use during synchronisation. So you can keep your documents open, and Yuntaa makes sure your latest save is backed up.
• Right-click on any file on your computer, and share it to any email address. Recipients get a private link that allows them access to view, download or even edit the files as you choose. (see more about Sharing below)

Access from anywhere
Once your files are on Yuntaa, you can access them from anywhere. You will never need to carry bulky disks, hard drives or USB sticks with you everywhere again.

Organise and manage
Not only can you access your files on the web, you can also organise and manage them as you please. Yuntaa allows you to build tree structures to organise your files in the same way that you would on your own computer, in a hierarchy of folders.

Furthermore, Yuntaa’s advanced organisation system automatically filters through all your files and intelligently identifies photos, videos and audios. These are then presented to you in an interface that suits these media-types under the My Photos, My Videos and My Audios sections. Use these sections to organise playlists and albums, add comments & tags, stream audios & videos, play photo slideshows and also share them with others easily.

Sharing that you control
Your files are completely private unless you choose to share them to others. Even then, sharing is fully controlled by you.

• Share with anyone who has an email-address, whether they are Yuntaa users or not.
• Share with an easy external link, or share privately so that no one else can see the files.
• Determine view, download and even edit rights for each person you share with.
• Share photos, files, and even entire folder structures instantly.
• Add a personalised message when sharing.

An extension to your computer
Above all this, Yuntaa provides you with extra storage space that the computer or hard disks do not provide sufficiently. You get active storage space on the Internet via our online service. Yuntaa’s active storage space means that files can be used and edited in real-time in the same way as from the computer hard-drives.
