You select while files and folders you want to synchronise, and how often. Regardless of whether this is every hour or every week.

The advantage of an automatic synchronisation is that you never forget again to do a regular backup of your files. Once again, one fewer concern.

If your computer crashes or is stolen, then you always have an online backup of your files. Restoring data on your (new) computer is child’s play.
